No, we're talking perception, not belief. You're just introducing a red herring.

Your position of perception/belief only. Demonstrate to me a god belief/perception that can't be challenged as existing in reality.
Are voices of god in your head reality? Is community perception of belief (group think, know the Lord of the Flies) in god not able to be challenged because the community believes, even in the face of no valid evidence?
Edit: If the community wants to believe it's fine by me until they require me to believe also. Then it's full stop until they can provide evidence, third party evidence. Then the circle stops.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

You don't know if you believe in a god or not? That is possible, but most people find it hard to half-believe something.
I would suggest that belief and knowledge are two different things. I do not know for sure that a god doesn't exist, but I know that I don't believe in any.

The role of a cultural touchstone in peoples lives and a position on allegedly existent superfairies probably isn't the same thing.

They have a lot of great resources and opportunities for people to connect with each other and with God. I think you might find it helpful if you're looking for a spiritual community to be a part of.
Does First Church Love also accept gay couples and trans people?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

It better. It is obvious that the number of church-attending Christians is dwindling so this guy has to go to atheist websites to beg people to attend his church.

Vastly majority of Christian churches can’t begin to conceive of the concept that any mind could exist in this world which it would not wish to send its minions to attempt to rape and possess.
If the octopus is proven to be sentient the churches would be thinking of ways to eventually rape the minds of cephalopods too.

It doesn't ask do you believe in "gods" hmm... Hindus are everywhere. Also #1600, that feels special, like the number of Hindu gods.
