You just seem to have an issue with me bringing up the subject of UAP at all,

My problem with you is:
#1 You admit that you dont know about Alien spaceships, given the current information we have
#2 then you keep yammering about......what you admittedly dont know

Why not stfu, until you have more than "a guy told me a guy told him"? I am all ears, but not to this level if evidence, considering the implications of the original claim. Why be so touchy when being told your evidence is ...lacking?
Why not wait until you get more and turn to other pressing issues with more available data?

Lets have a look at the possbility (of the truth of the claim that there are alien spaceships in Roswell or wherever): Given our current knowledge (special relativity), on top of everything else (drake equation), what are the chances (or better to say "how"?) did they get here in the first place? What technology, what information do you expect the gubmint to hide from us, and why?

When I was at NSA in the early 80s, I heard rumors that a lot of UFO reports were our own experimental aircraft and early drones; but I didn't work in any department that would be directly involved in something like that, so can neither confirm nor deny.
