Black Pill Dating Theory?

@arewethereyet
No worries about the projection or memory, it's easy done. Yes I married someone I wasn't physically attracted to. I was in a religious cult at the time, and we got on as friends and I didn't think physical attraction mattered. It was expected that we married. I didn't want to upset her. I was also very young and had never had a relationship before. Such is life. (August 23, 2023 at 2:33 pm)arewethereyet Wrote:(August 23, 2023 at 2:30 pm)Foxaèr Wrote: I've always been a 10. The thing is that the so-called beauty can be a sign of mental health. Some lean guy who shaves every day usually is more normal than a fat or skinny guy who spends all day watching TV or playing video games because he goes out and is with other people and is more accepted by society. But, of course, it's hardly always the case.
It seems to me that women find muscular men more attractive for evolutionary reasons because, in the past, being muscular meant that he could find food and thus was a better provider (there were no fat people in hunter-gatherer societies). Of course, today men can compensate for muscularity by having expensive clothes, cars, and house.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

If it was like a sims game and you could push one variable up to extremes. The goal being to have the most options available for meaningful, sexual relationships.
Looks probably would be the thing you would choose to enhance if everything else remained average. Maybe before social media and Internet dating, having some sort of ecstatic level of confidence and outgoing personality might be the most important. I think these days a guy with an average personality but extreme good looks has more options than a guy with the personality but average looks. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason. RE: Black Pill Dating Theory?

I think you're right. Looks is the most important stat if you want the easiest and most successful sex and dating life. I think that was always the case (certaiy when I was young it was still true), but has become even more so.
That, is of course, assuming you couldn't change gender and sexuality. Those would be first to change, I think. (August 23, 2023 at 1:44 pm)FrustratedFool Wrote: I've never seen a good-looking woman with an ugly man in my entire life. Not that personal experience likely counts for much.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
I dont think that guy is ugly.
But even if he was it wouldn't be reflective of my lived experience. Me, personally, in real life, have never seen such a thing. |
