Anywho, it's clear that our friend believes that race is a genetic thing, and, further, that it's a genetic thing that influences average intelligence. Fantasy. I, personally, doubt that the us would be less dumb if it were more white..but even if we decided to inhabit whatever alternate universe marten lives in where the sub-whites were dumbing us down I still don't see why that would compel me to do the work required to maintain a white ethnic majority. It would probably be a good argument for funding schools, but that's not exactly white identitarians bag.

Back here on Earth A, educating people will not make them less brown, nor will it make our country more white. No...to even have a shot at that, we'd have to force people who don't want to have kids to have kids, prevent people who do want to have kids from having kids, wall off the whole country, and kill any brown person who tries to get in.
