Biden put about 195 billion towards Ukraine, and around 50 billion of that stayed here, paying factories to make the equipment and weapons.

With respect to equipment transfers….we gave them gear that was slated to be destroyed, valued it at a price lower than the cost we were paying to have it destroyed..then loaned or gave them the funds to cover that discounted to us amount as part of long term reciprocal agreements.

The actual weaponry came in at significantly less than that $195 billion figure, much closer to $75 billion.
