They never did FTR. Calendars where not invented at that particular time and were subject to local superstitions. I could be wrong but I think Min commented elsewhere that the use of moon cycles and seasons played havoc with accurate calendars until the Romans. So the childish nonsense that people lived for a long time is only tantamount to the childish perspective of the writers of the Pentateuch.

You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.
