On topic... generally accepted --> less likely so
Man or Woman: Funnily enough, most transgendered people prefer to not be referred to as trans
at all. I do not like to be spoken of or treated as anything different from other woman... I bring out my trans status to inform, provide some humor, and provide myself as a beacon into the trans community.
Transgender: This is the go-to term to discus trans-related topics.
Transsexual: This is another go-to term, there is a rather even split in the trans community as to which term (transsexual or transgender) is the better.
Transman/transwoman: If you are going to refer to someone's trans status, these are fine ways to introduce the person under our bigendered system. Make sure you associate he with transmen and she with transwomen, or your pronouns will be very uncomfortable for them.
Transpeople/transperson: we as a group are such... albeit this is impersonal and I would recommend not using the latter often.
Trans*: if you're talking with people who know full well what a transsexual is, this is (with or without the asterisk) a rather acceptable abbreviation.
... Pronouns are important, and don't use anything else that a transgendered person hasn't individually cleared for you. In example: You may call me a translady all you wish.
When in doubt: ask.

I see what you did there
In the trans community... 't' by itself is often short for testosterone. "Going on t in a few weeks" is something you might hear a transman say.
Likewise: 'e', estrogen.

Assuming you mean transwoman... unfortunately for transmen: penises are harder to make. So much so that even a gross estimation of it costs up to (and sometimes more than) 3 times the amount it costs a transwoman to have SRS.
Pros(?):
No chance of pregnancy,
Tighter than most other women,
Some additional chance that they know what to do with a blowjob from having their own.
Cons:
No internal lube that isn't sweat,
No juices to lap up with the tongue,
Not nearly as deep as other women,
Did you want bio kids? I'm sorry: no chance of pregnancy.
Your family will probably disown you or otherwise cause drama when the find out, better hope they are understanding.

A lonely man may do everything given the time, perhaps, but I certainly would prefer the real thing to the artificial one.
Ever tried the 'artificial' one, Mehmet?
We Americans have a saying: Don't knock it till you try it.
Least I think it was us. Probably some british dude though

I resent being called nasty... especially because no guy ever called me that after a tumble with me. And that was
before I even started hormones!

I'll have to tell that to a trans couple who are friends of mine when I next see them.
I'm sure they'll
love to hear that... -_-

I fully support gay rights, I'm just not interested in sex with a person who is physically a dude.
I bring you... Andrej Pejic!
<snip>
Because obviously you'd have to be gay to want to sleep with him
(he is infact androgynous and undergoing no hormone therapy).
I rather believe you have no idea just who you would and would not enjoy sex with. I've been with a bunch of straight men, and my having a penis was something *to work around*. Nothing more. Just as having your left leg shot off in a war is something *to work around*.
As fun as it might be to assume that a penis shuts down everything attractive in a woman... I would remind that blanket statements or especially generalized statements regarding something you have not yet experienced can make one look like a retard. Which is exactly how a 5 year old boy looks when he says 'yuck' when he sees a girl: childish and inexperienced.
Quote:If a person of the male sex had trans-gender surgery to become, for all intents and purposes, female, then yes, I would have sex with aforementioned person.
Being a gay guy would rather mean that you wouldn't be at all interested in a transwoman. Note: woman. So the woman has a strapon she can't take off: it's not what he's going for.

No. What would be the point?
What would be the point of sex?
Was it to have
fun? Maybe with someone you like?

Plenty often... and strapons are wonderful things from my perspective.
* Violet wouldn't have minded if her above mentioned girlfriend had been a transwoman... also as previously mentioned: what genitalia lies between the legs is irrelevant.

Well... you've never seen me shy anyway. It's actually not a hard thing to make me feel.
Or wait, you have if you've looked in Member Photos... okay, you've seen me shy once or twice

The premise of the conversation might actually have been thrilling... if subsequently the responders had used their heads (love you Padriac).
But you know: it's okay to want sex with the partner you immediately are attracted to. Repeatedly blasting an entire group of people in the process of doing so? That's more than a little inclined to make members of said group pissed.
