Why are there so few Christians in Science?

The Christian scientists I know see no problem with methodological naturalism. An atheist acquaintance of mine insists that being a Christian makes me a worse mathematician--that I'm somehow yielding my rationality. I don't think it's true, but what would I know? Crazy people don't know they're crazy, right?

FWIW, I don't beleive that it is necessarily so at all. There are certainly Christian scientists who are crackpots - just as there are non-theists who are as well.

Someone hasn't heard of Boolean algebra--where 1+1=1. Thus (1+1)+1 = 1+(1+1) (since + is associative in a Boolean algebra) = 1+1 = 1.

This reply is completely disingenuous. You knew Min was using '+' as the arithmetical addition operator and not the Boolean disjunction operator. Once you conflated the two, everything that follows; however true the Boolean algrebra was, is meaningless considering the original argument.
