Well, the Olympics are almost over and we can soon get back to hating each other!

I think that instead of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, next time we should have Gold, Silver, Bronze and Chocolate medals!

Does anyone have an opinion on the kid on the US team who waved a US and a Mexican flag when he won the silver medal? I'm asking because on another forum I frequent it caused a whole massive shit storm.

yeah, i don't know what to say about that one. it's kind of disrespectful and i also kind of don't care much. he is a mexican living in the states and i know he has pride for his home country. i see so many other flags in this city daily, sometimes i smile and say "go head papi" and sometimes it annoys me, like "i get it, you're not from here." but hey, different strokes for different folks. i can't see me living in say, france , with a us flag hanging in my window, ever.

since he didn't win gold, we don't have to wonder if he would've also chosen to have mexico's national anthem played. Smile
