Currently the plan is to meet at the pub at 6pm. However, this is also the time the event opens doors, and given that it is now sold out, I think we should move the meeting time to 5:30pm so that we can all have a drink and get to the event just after 6 (meaning we can all sit together).
Rob and Lee are arriving in Egham at 3:30 as far as I am aware, and the best train for us to leave to Crowthorne is the 16:20, so we can get there for the 5:30 meetup in time. Does this sound like a good idea or not?

Well, I'll be coming by car and as the children's mother has them at the weekend I'll probably have to leave here at about 4-4.30. So I might just have to meet you all there.

I will be on the ferry pretty early in the morning as I will drop off a robot to a British roboteer in Ipswich first. Does anyone know how parking is in that area near the venue?

Parking's something I'd like to know as well.. Wonder if we can park in the pubs car park..

Wellington College has its own car park so hopefully it won't be full. Get there nice and early I'm thinking

Father, can we leave mummys house like, really early, please, i think it would be a smart idea, because then we can get there on time, and we wont have to be in that awful house! please...
