Some of the Stupidest Shit you've ever read Wrote:"The feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians." –Pat Robertson ...and people wonder why I don't like Christians and their shitty old book. I haven't seen this much irony since Ann Coulter denounced the birthers and cranks and crazy conspiracy theorists, comparing them to "the three remaining Klanners." Stuff like this should be a real canary in the coal mine moment.
Atheist Forums Hall of Shame:
"The trinity can be equated to having your cake and eating it too." ... -Lucent, trying to defend the Trinity concept "(Yahweh's) actions are good because (Yahweh) is the ultimate standard of goodness. That’s not begging the question" ... -Statler Waldorf, Christian apologist
Believing in Old Earth Creationism is slightly less batshit-crazy than believing in Young Earth Creationism, which I guess makes it slightly more rational.
Robertson forgets that without his little fairy tale story the whole house of cards comes crashing down.
No Adam and Eve = no original sin. No original sin means why the fuck do we need "jesus?" If we go back to Homo Erectus to start looking for "Eden" the whole story is in a world of hurt. Ham may be an idiot but he does grasp the reality that the story cannot survive contact with science. RE: Pat Robertson implores creationist Ken Ham to shut up

Pat Robertson embarrassed by Ken Ham. Wow. That's like Drich being embarrassed by Gods_child. Does anyone still think Nye shouldn't have debated?
He who loves God cannot endeavour that God should love him in return - Baruch Spinoza
In retrospect, I think it was a net plus to have had the debate.
