I used a brand called Cauldron. I think that's only available in the UK, but Tofu is basically all the same whatever brand you buy.

Before you use it, do you drain it? The easiest way to do that is to press down on it with paper towels to get some of the water out, then put it on a few sheets of paper towels and then put a few more on top and put something heavy on top of it, like a plate with a can of food on top (tonight I used a frying pan with a kettle full of water on top) and leave it for at least 15 mins, but ideally more like 30. That should get it just about right to cook with. If you leave too much water in there it will suck.
It's also good to experiment with what marinades you prefer, if you're using it in a stir fry or a rice or noodle dish. I usually mix together some sesame oil and soy sauce and just dump the tofu pieces in there for a few mins before chucking them in the pan.

For the record, you cannot make eggs out of tofu. You're simply making scrambled tofu crumbles.

Thinking Wouldn't you dip the biscuits into the eggs because the eggs are the runny, most liquidity thing of the two? What am I missing?

Thank you! Wish I would have known about this sooner.

I like my eggs raw. I'm not playing with you either. I don't like to cook and I really don't like to eat but want protein so there is no faster way to get natural protein and calories in copious amounts than breaking seven raw eggs and chugging them down.

You want to stir them really well because if you leave the yoke in one piece it severely fucks with the gag reflex and can make you dry heave

since egg flavor changes with every non to tempered cooking, believing its back to the taste buds passed down from 3 and 4 generations, eh: those pesky genome switches all the time off or on...!

my tendency will be to get ordered without well-done brown-nesses...

Sometimes a little nausea and a feeling of minor bloatedness and gas takes place for a maximum of 20 minutes (sometimes the gas remains longer) and then disapears as the eggs are quickly digested due to their texture.

I love raw eggs. They taste kind of like P&%$@.
