Is there anyone here that is NOT depressed?

I get a little bit depressed if I start reading Youtube comments. So maybe you all need to stop reading Youtube comments.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Yeah, even as a child hooked on pornography, when I had multiple orgasms in a day I'd be depressed and have a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. Actually the increase in depression was nothing subtle. The pornography addiction also weakened my ability to concentrate. But this is simply my experience so nobody here will likely take what I have to say seriously. It is true in my case. Actually sexual perversion in my case made me more stupid. The amount of dopamine, endorphins, adrenaline, and norepinephrine released in a human brain from sex, masturbation, and pornography would get someone thrown in prison if they were selling a chemical that would release the same amount of those hormones and neurotransmitters. Sex releases the same receptors and neurotransmitters that Meth and Heroine release to get one high.. That is why it is so addictive and why our society is so sex-crazed. I wasn't necessarily agreeing with the generalization of the people on this forum. His post kinda touched on a point I was about to get into.
I was addressing the issue that excessive internet use may exaggerate depression symptoms or may even cause it in some people. I can kinda speak on this matter from experience. The internet can make me very depressed sometimes. It like drains the life out of me... it's weird... I can't really explain it. Of course, correlation isn't causation. The study between depression and internet use definitely needs to be looked into more.
Thanks for clarifying

That's all I'm sayin' First off, I don't think that most of the people on these forums are depressed. Most of them are just normal people. However I would wager my last dollar that more people on these forums are depressed than in the average population. Maybe due to the fact that there are a million threads on depression or mental illness on here. It's not hard to see a link. I've been on the forum for a while now, I read it frequently when I'm not participating and have a good feeling for a lot of people on here and read a lot of the personal stories. Even though I don't really know anybody personally it's not hard to figure out that a lot of people on here are also addicted to the internet, don't exercise, rarely spend significant time outdoors, have problems with socializing in real life. I don't say this to try to make anyone feel bad or to try to be insensitive. I care about the people on these forums. Most of them are good people regardless of personal issues that they are having, but it's not realistic to say they are depressed for no reason. Yes depression is a disease, but like most disease it is caused by something. Diseases don't just appear out of nowhere, they have causes. Too many people use the fact that depression is a disease as a shield that denies personal responsibility for their problems. It doesn't mean that I don't empathize with their problems or don't feel bad for them, but those problems exist for a reason. Also I would never tell someone to stop seeing their therapist or go off their meds. Sorry if my previous post came off as overly insensitive but I was just making a brief observation. How on earth could either of you know that's the case? Ok, well, I'm a clinically depressed person on the forum, and I do yoga daily, hoop dance, spend lots of time outside- it's easy to do when you live where I do- and spend as much time with my friends/family as possible. Do you see why it might be offensive for you to make stereotypes like you have? And depression isn't necessarily caused by outside factors. In my case, I was born that way, just as many others were.
I've known of a few people that never got depressed in their entire lives. They were called "aborted fetus" or "misscarriage".
