Q about arguments for God's existence.

Sure, it sounds sophisticated, but it's not much different in quality from the argument from Bible or personal experience/feeling/miracles. I felt God several times in the past. But it turned out it was just an intense feeling. I wanted to believe, so I believed. So I can only surmise that this is the same thing going for you as well as I don't have evidence there is such a God.
Christians don't seem to get that no one is disputing the good feels they get. Of course, you feel great, you think God created the Universe for YOU and that he's super concerned about YOU. If you think we don't understand that, you're about 10 steps behind everyone.

Right, and we then ask the theist to explain how they differentiate these feelings between indigestion, mental illness, visions of Zeus, leprechauns or Jesus/Yahweh/Ghost. I think I can understand the difference between feeling indigestion and God. If you want to think like a computer - go ahead. Whaty about telling the difference between God and Allah or Vishnu? What makes you so certain that the Christian God is the one you're experiencing?

"Thinking like a computer" = critical thinking How do you distinguish between mental illness (visions, voices, sights) and feelings of Vishnu, Allah or Jesus? What do think about three equally qualified scientists coming to different conclusions concerning the same scientific discoveries? Are two of them mentally ill? How are you sure that the 'presence' you're feeling is your Christian God and not another? Also, a personal experience that is unique to an individual is nothing like scientific, so don't use that bad analogy.

Clearly more research is needed before anyone is justified in fervently demanding one theory be embraced over all the others, if they're equally supportable, when the facts are not fully understood. I bet that reflects your beliefs (which are not scientific theories) though, yeah?
