This issue of “different interpretations” of Scripture is why there are some 43,000 Christian sects. Made me think of this:
You can have a zillion different interpretations of many different biblical doctrines, but the thing that makes a christian a christian is faith in Jesus Christ. I could say that I don't believe in evolution because there so many different variations of how we evolved to what we are now. Does that mean that the theory of evolution is nonsense? Just because christians disagree on interpretations of scripture doesn't mean that we are not together as followers of Christ. My christian brothers and sisters come from many different denominations. We're all one in Christ.

I'm glad you say that all your need is faith in Jesus Christ. I'm assuming you consider Catholics, Mormons, and all the Protestant denominations to be equally "Christian" then?

I consider catholics and protestants to be christians because they believe in Jesus as presented in scripture. Mormons believe in Jesus as a created being, not God incarnate. If you say you know Lek and you describe him as an atheist, then you don't know Lek.

I don't hate mormons. I don't hate atheists. I just don't call groups that don't believe Jesus was God christian. I don't hate them.

Does a person have to subscribe to your particular sects christology to be considered a christian?

By me? Yes. You can call them whatever you want. I might be wrong. I don't know their hearts - only God does.

Then anyone who isn't in your particular denomination (and likely many within it as well) probably isn't christian. Christology is a wide, wide field. Based on that comment alone, I'd actually be inclined to say that you're probably the only True Christian alive...by your metrics. How convenient for you, eh?

I don't have a denomination, but most christian denominations agree with my christology. You just keep coming up with meaningless assertions.

You assume that they do, this only goes to show your disinterest. Further, the notion that any given believer even holds the christology of their denomination is....meh, nevermind, you don't really care.....do you? Is this a conversation that you actually want to dive into? Or, would you rather continue to assert that they must all adhere to whatever christology is floating around in your head - or they're simply not christian -after- having asserted that all that was required was faith in Christ?
41k plus 1, on your count, btw, apparently.
