We had one of those here late last year, in His_Majesty, remember? Then again, that guy was also a Kent Hovind fan, so that might just be down to low standards.

To be fair, he is a very good debater. The only atheist I know who I would say overpowered him with both good rhetoric and logic is Shelly Kagan.
I think Jeffrey Jay Lowder could own him as well in a debate.

I might just have different standards what makes a good debater then. When listening to Craig debating theism, every other thing he utters jumps in my face as an equivocation, misrepresentation of physics and other science, or simply wrong. If being a good debater means packaging dishonesty in an efficient form such that it can sway superficial audiences, then he is a good debater.

Academic debates are a different story.

I rate this guy as the most dishonest of the bunch. And he's got some stiff competition.
It really is sickening that people can make a living out of this kind of thing.

It's the difference between trying to have a meaningful debate and trying to "win" it by any kind of low tactics, in the eyes of theist observers.

WLC admits that to be a theist, one cannot also be rational.
