Did you give her a home burial?   Cool

Nope, she's a fairly fast learner.  Sleepy

Nanners went to the vet this morning for his yearly checkup (didn't those things used to cost like $90?)

He's a brown muslim! lol!

He looks awesome in that skin; quite shiny. BTW ask yourself: who is truly the alpha ? you or him? it looks like he played you and got himself all the comforts a cat might want. His eyes are full of ambition and confidence Sleepy . :p

lmao I always say my husband is the alpha, Zero is beta, and me? I'm the pet. Zero comes to me for snacks and cuddles and he listens to Tony. So far I'm pretty sure Zero thinks the baby is a disabled human that won't play fetch with him.

Yes they treat us like pets, acting like "the bigger guy in the room". No; to them baby humans are the "weird loud humanoids with bald heads".

Meet Jameson.  A 4 month old who was surrendered to us today.  He needs some minor surgery as his testicles have not descended and he's staying with a foster who is a dog trainer herself.  He needs to be housebroken which should take a week or so and then, with that face, he'll be adopted in no time at all.  The dog he is greeting is nearly 16.

Follow up.  Jameson had his consult with the surgeon on April 5.  His condition had improved to the point where major surgery was not required so his neuter has been put off until he is six months old in order for his body to get the hormones it needs.  At that point any vet can do the neuter.  As predicted he was housebroken in a week and slept 8 hours the night before only getting up because one of the older dogs had to go out.

Our Placement team made a call on the afternoon of the 5th to a family which drove up to meet him the next day and adopted him on the spot.  He's home.
