Seriously, I have to argue with my partner all the time about religion. She stands in the corner of Jesus. I personally have no good reason to believe a god exists at all much less sent himself as his own son to earth ...etc etc etc.
My point for this thread is to point out two quick biblical verses, and ask women ....why Christainity is something you would chose?

They do not generally choose it at all. Normally, they are indoctrinated as children, so they believe it. They did not look at all religions and make a selection, the way one might choose an article of clothing in a store.
Also, whether something is pleasant or not has nothing to do with whether it is true or not. To reject Christianity because one does not like it is irrational. It is committing an informal fallacy known as "wishful thinking." One should reject Christianity because there is no real evidence for it, as well as the fact that many forms of it are contradictory and incoherent, and because there is evidence against specific claims (e.g., the exodus out of Egypt, etc.)
