Let's not forget that the idea of the "rapture" is almost exclusively an American concept.

That's because America is the greatest blessed land on earth as it is in heaven!

With injun's who had to die!
With every vote money can buy,
Let the wealthy rule!
My stolen country, thee,
Land mostly indigenous free,

My vault with treasure fills
Let buyers beware.
Let slave labor go unpaid,
No reparations to those now free
