Back in my full-on D&D geek days (during the late Middle Ages known as the '80s), I had a lawful evil cleric who was a lot of fun. I got to let out my rotten, scheming inner-son-of-a-bitch on a regular basis, and there wasn't a hell of a lot my fellow players could do about it since I was the only character in the group who could heal. Think "Iago runs a protection racket".
