Good question!
I propose the use of an example:
When solving the quadratic equation, ax^2 + bx + c = 0, I think the correct solution is x = ( -b - sqrt(b^2 - 4ac)) / 2a), but also x = ( -b + sqrt(b^2 - 4ac)) / 2a).
I don't know exactly how to get there, or it is rather lengthy to go through all the details in a forum post, but these guys here seem to do a hell of a job explaining all the details: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quadratic_formula.

I know you guys won't be particularly inclined to watch it so I'll summarize it:
Girl born into christian home, parents get divorced, her mum gets it on with some other guy and bails.. depression ensues.. god swoops in and saves the day... bla bla bla (poca doesn't have the time to listen to it all)
There are countless other similar stories. How can you atheists not realize that there is really something out there?!

All of these would be ok.
The main thing is that the links, quotes and videos are used as support for the argument you're making - they're not the entire post. You add your own thoughts, your details, your views... your own words.
Also during your 30/30 period, exterior content clearly generated by the user itself, such as blogs, is seen as advertising, and is removed, even if used as support for the post.
