When my twins turned 6, they were still so in to performing and loved to sing and dance all the time. So for their birthday, I built a castle stage in our basement with a backstage area for costume changes, wireless microphones for singing, windows for puppet shows and a disco ball.
That's incredible, Kingpin.
Right now, your daughters think that's really cool.
Someday, they will look back and choke up over what a sweet Dad they have.
When I was little, I wanted to be "Jem" for halloween and my Dad went to the trouble of making me little earrings that actually had flashing lights in them (you'd have to be familiar with the cartoon to understand).
And that was just one year. We didn't have a lot of money, but he always took the time to do the most amazing things.
MTL, that is truly outrageous. Truly, truly, truly outrageous!

A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
