Somebody pops in the office around noon and says the sun is shining outside doesn't really require much verification on my part.

Same guy comes in 1/2 hour later and says Jesus is levitating cars around the parking lot doesn't mean I have to prove that isn't happening. The guy making the claim better have some cell phone video to back up his claim, and some still pictures of the 'Jesus' guys current unrestricted and valid photo drivers license wouldn't hurt either.

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
