That has nothing to do with your generalization, that women only cheat when they're mistreated, or inadequately f***ed. Or perhaps you meant - all people, not just girl-friends, which would make your statement even more naive, if less sexist.

Some people - of all genders - are self-centered c*nts. People, who are not c*nts, if they're not being treated/f***ed right - they say so and/or leave, not f*** around, looking for a "trade-up", but staying in the apparently unsatisfactory relationship, in case nothing better comes along.

They also don't usually wait a few weeks, "keeping their mouths shut" and setting up the exit scene, while we're at it, so personally - I couldn't care less about either of the people in the video. And honestly - I'm less bothered about the woman cheating, as I am by the fact, that she's willingly in a serious relationship with a guy, who listens to Eurodance and plays with dildos in his car in the first place...
