I don't have a problem with acknowledging differences between masculinity and femininity... It is those differences that makes each sex unique and special.
I disagree with the entirety of this post. Negative traits are negative. Positive traits are positive. Regardless of gender. I also have no problem recognizing the differences between masculinity or femininity. but these are just social constructs, they're ideas of how men or women should be and I think they're a load of cow crap to be honest. There's nothing about being soft and gentle and nuturing that's inherently womanly. There's nothing about being strong and whatever other "masculine" things there are that's inherently manly. People are different and genders aren't special. That's my opinion of course.
Yeah I know mine is not a popular opinion to have around here lol. But then again, most aren't.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
