Man that's fucking scary. I remember being a dumb kid just starting out in the work force. I worked at a shady plastic factory, but because of my inexperience I didn't quite grasp the level of shadiness. Once during a shut down they told me to clean my cutting machine. Basically, plastic was pushed through a mold down into this long skinny pool of water to cool it, and I was at the cutter rolling the plastic after each cut, which cut at a set time. So I'm cleaning my machine and noticed some clippings around the cutter that needed cleaned up. I reached in and wiped it all out. Then the cutter came down on its set time.... Where my fucking hand just was. I was dumb, naive, and too trusting that these people knew what they were doing. I assumed they did a full lock-out/tag-out and I could have lost my hand.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
