Would it make you feel better if we stuck to the original word that was brought up; 'Abnormal'?

Homosexuality is not the norm. It is not normal in nature, it is abnormal. It was suggested 'natural' was the better descriptor. I am arguing it is not a better descriptor as it may be 'natural' as 'produced in nature', but so are diseases. The diseases I mentioned are natural but abnormal, not the norm.

I do have an adversion to homosexuality. I admit it. I discovered recently my rational side realizes this adversion isn't rational and an internal conflict began between this rational side and the knee-jerk reactionary side. I tried to explore this and possibly overcome it like an alcoholic must admit there is a problem before an understanding of that problem can be acheived, then you move on to (for the lack of a better word) 'healing'.

Didn't work out so well. I tried to begin my exploration here. Well, because you folks are the only homos I know with whom I've ever had any interactions with.

I regret using this place as a source of understanding as I really should have known better with this lot!

So yeah, homosexuality is natural and abnormal. There was no discussion about the end results of a natural abnormality.
