I'm interested in what is actually being proposed.
A blanket ban on Muslims would be literally impossible to legally enforce anyway, unless the people doing the banning are allowed to declare who is a Mulim and who isn't, even if they deny being one.
So I don't believe that's practical, even if it was a good idea in theory. (I don't think it is.)
Tighter security checks for everyone can always help, I suppose. But tighter checks based on profiling is not something I'd support.
