We talk about it then pray and the voices always go away.

So, you replace one "voice" with another? Well, good for her! However, most schizophrenics do not have an alleviation of their symptoms without medication. But, if you think that prayer helps, then conduct a scientific study for us! A sample of one does not prove anything.
She is on medication though much reduced since my wife and I have been working with her. The goal of her doctor is to be off them completely. The voices that tell her to hurt herself go away immediately after prayer, before we worked with her she was dangerous to herself and others because the voices told her to hurt herself and others and they stay for quite a while. Working with her is what God has given us to do, if He sends another we look to have the same results. This sample of one proves that after pray the voices immediately leave and that is a great result and the work of God on her behalf. She loves her Jesus and she has never said anything about God speaking to her.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
