The site has all of them from Adams to Obama.  Just select the year and click "display".  

The site is a great source for learning about American history and what the Presidents did to address various issues.  When you want to know the origin and truth about an issue without the BS you can find it at that site.  You will also see that American policy is fairly consistent no matter who is President.
