I can probably guess which states were resisting it before looking tbh. Typically the same offenders.
These were the states that were dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century as a result of the 2015 SC decision:
North Dakota
South Dakota
Nebraska
Kansas
Missouri
Texas
Arkansas
Louisiana
Mississippi
Alabama
Georgia
Tennessee
Kentucky
Ohio
(in a few of the above same-sex marriage was "legally complicated" and in others, the ban had been overturned but the decision stayed indefinitely.)
I'm guessing there are few surprises on that list.
