Have a beer on me mate.
I'll let you know when your advice is wanted. Until then, ponder the irony of you complaining about someone "spitting your hatred and making disparaging remarks about people."
It's not you I hate -- I could not care less about you one way or the other, and you sure don't merit emotional investment so far as I can see -- no, it's not you I hate, it's your racism.
I'll pass on the beer, thanks ... and the baiting, for that matter.

I've been operating on the assumption that you're at least an honest man. Ought I revise that?
On a forum, you can be anyone you like. I could be the king of England, I could be the president of the United States. Anyone can be honest and dishonest to suit their own agendas i.e. game of oneupmanship.
So, for being honest. Most of what I have said is partially true about myself. As for my opinions, I work, talk and go to restaurants with Africans and I don't see anything wrong with them. Secondly, I have never met an African-American so, I cannot even have any judgement, only an opinion of what I see on a video. I am not trying to make excuses when I say that I have probably seen more brutish antics from caucasians than I have blacks. My late father and I used to be part of a West Indian Association in the Midlands (United Kingdom) and it was brilliant because we were able to exchange tactics and plans for a game of cricket and this lasted for over 10 years. You are probably a baseball man so, you may know of the father-son bonding when it comes to sports that require a bat and ball. Roughly 46% of my secondary school were Muslims, and I had great pleasure in visiting a mosque for the first time in 1984 and it was a better feeling than a church. At the end of the day, if a white man had been treated by the cops in the same way as the black person was treated, I can assure you (on my childrens lives), that I would use the same discourse. I am simply a law and order person who enjoys a nice quiet life in a major capital.
As for the beer jibe, I know that you have discussed briefly about your problems so, I apologise sincerely for my remark which was out of character and was not needed. I am sorry Thump. Have a great evening.
