As a matter of fact I do, it's called a justice system, conveniently. You know....police, courts, lawyers and judges..big grey filing cabinets for human beings? If you've somehow found internet access from a hellhole without such a system I can understand why you might wish for karma to come down and rape Bad People™ like my daughter. It doesn't, ofc, but whatever helps you sleep at night.
Still no word on the dog-kicking quota? You're useless to me. Go find somebody who knows more about karma than you do, maybe they can answer these questions.
