Never any justice or legal action for the perpetrators. - Only the celebration that god will now NOT send them to hell. And these little sick, twisted, damaging immoral little works of fiction have spread all over the globe. It's absolutely impossible to figure out how many people have been damaged by his so-called "ministry".(November 1, 2016 at 5:14 pm)drfuzzy Wrote: This guy utterly destroys his daughter, mentally and physically, and gets away with it because he's "saved" now, and you call this nothing? She is depicted as a pre-pubescent child . . . she probably has internal injury. On top of the horror of multiple gang-rape before the age of 10, where the primary torturer was her FATHER, she has no where else to turn. Because her Mother is abusing her as well. It would take years of careful, gentle family therapy with the Mother to repair that relationship, and years of therapy to work through her horror, pain, and betrayal of the rapes. No amount of therapy could ever justify putting her in the same room with her monster father again. And you say this is nothing??? Just how huge of an amoral asshole are you?
It's called a work of fiction...
You act as if Chick is condoning child abuse. The whole point of the story is to speak to an abuser and maybe get him to stop what he's doing. I like how you guys sit on the sideline and criticize, but tell me what exactly you're doing to try and solve the problem?
I might add that you were the one celebrating over the guys death, so you have no business trying to get on any moral high horse.

Amoral asshole indeed...
I don't claim to be a saint. But at least I have some concern for victims of abuse, and disgust over a work of fiction that depicts a little girl as a thing - something less-than-human, to be abused with impunity. It is impossible to be a sane human being and defend this repulsive work of fiction. And I'm still glad that he is no longer around to create more of these horrors. If that makes me immoral in your estimation, then I'll consider it a compliment.
