In his little works of fiction, there were dozens of these instances. Men who beat and raped children, their wives, girlfriends, etc., and they got on their knees and whined at the ceiling and then everything was fine. There is never any compassion of any kind shown to the victims of these "new christians". Never any justice or legal action for the perpetrators. - Only the celebration that god will now NOT send them to hell. And these little sick, twisted, damaging immoral little works of fiction have spread all over the globe. It's absolutely impossible to figure out how many people have been damaged by his so-called "ministry".
You act as if Chick is condoning child abuse. The whole point of the story is to speak to an abuser and maybe get him to stop what he's doing. I like how you guys sit on the sideline and criticize, but tell me what exactly you're doing to try and solve the problem?
I might add that you were the one celebrating over the guys death, so you have no business trying to get on any moral high horse.
Amoral asshole indeed...
I don't claim to be a saint. But at least I have some concern for victims of abuse, and disgust over a work of fiction that depicts a little girl as a thing - something less-than-human, to be abused with impunity. It is impossible to be a sane human being and defend this repulsive work of fiction. And I'm still glad that he is no longer around to create more of these horrors. If that makes me immoral in your estimation, then I'll consider it a compliment.
Oh please, your fake outrage over a work of fiction isn't fooling me sweet pea. No, your real anger is at Christianity period.
Like I said you have no business talking about 'compassion' after just celebrating a mans death simply because you don't agree with his literature \ beliefs, of which he has every right to express under the first amendment.
Let's stroll down memory lane shall we...

I'M SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW THAT I WANT TO BOMB EVERY SONIC RESTAURANT OFF OF THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!!!
There was a report on the news tonight about the Sonic in Raymore, MO. They used to print Bible verses on their receipts.
Now, they can't do that anymore. (awwww) So what are they doing? They're buying big round colored stickers with Bible verses
on them, and slapping them on every bag. Seriously. The news station called Sonic Headquarters, and the big bosses said they
didn't care, it was a franchise. Well, they would care if these were Neo-Nazi quotes. They would care if they were Satanic Bible verses.
They would lose their collective shit REAL FAST if they were verses from the Koran. But no, they're BIBLE verses! They're GOOD.
Aaaaauuuuuuuuugggggghhhhhh!!!!!!!
This is Bible Belt hell, but some people are complaining. I can't seem to find the video from the newscast, but when I do I'll post it.
Trump is the Republican front runner here. People use a drive-through here to fucking PREACH. You can be fired and thrown out
of your home for being an atheist. Aussie, Brit AF friends: if I just sell everything and hop on a plane, can I crash on your couch?
Bible verses with your hamburger. Somebody shoot me.
Ok we get it, you're an atheist and apparently want to be free from religion...

I'm a middle-aged, female, tattooed lesbian atheist. And I'm also the organist for a Catholic Church.
Wait... what?
I guess religion is fine when it's paying your bills.
