As a person who believes in a afterlife I can't seem to wrap my head around this idea. Maybe some atheist here can enlighten me on the subject?
I don't know that death is truly the end of everything. The Cosmos is a weird place and who knows what's going on. All I know is that I am conscious and aware now and from my own personal perspective I always will be.
