Let me expand my answers with 'what if it was family'
Incest: I have made clear that if siblings have grown up with each other and start a relation, I would think something was wrong. I would think the same if my em...brother and brother would do that. However, I have a huge family on my mothers side. I can imagine a nephew and niece who have never met before meeting each other during a gigantic family feast and have this spark jump. I would not mind. I would just tell them to be careful.
Also, as for the babies thing, which was commented upon: that was the reason why I said that if a pregnancy occurs, there should be checkups. Lots of. I would not encourage such people to make children though, and advice them not to do it.
Sex with animals i would not approve of, as stated before. So I would be angry if a family member was caught doing it. I would ask though why he/she felt this need to turn to an animal (maybe there are deeper issues?), but clearly state my disapproval of this animal abuse.
sex with dead people: do not approve, as stated before.
Minor sex: I'd go to the police, though some leeway may be given depending on the ages of the persons involved (16 & 15 years old...yeah, I dont bother)
Male homosexuality: My father is one. Yeah, long story. We have a great relationship though, as do my siblings.
Female homosexuality: I have 2 aunts being lesbians. Great people!
Prostitution: When I'd find a family member being a prostitute, my reaction would differ based on how well I know this person. If it is someone I know well, and a person who is more on the shy side, I would inquire carefully if she really is in it of her own free will. I would be open and supportive. If bad things are in play, he/she might need all the available support. If the person is confident and seems to be confident in this choice to, I'd just shrug. Their choice, and it's up to them if they want to share the juicy stories or not! :p btw, I'm from a country where it is legal.

When I was a Christian, I was annoyed with dogmatic condescending Christians. Now that I'm an atheist, I'm annoyed with dogmatic condescending atheists. Just goes to prove that people are the same, regardless of what they do or don't believe.
