It's slow. And pot marked with unfair standards that would never be demanded of natives .
"It's slow" is really not a legitimate excuse to break the law unless you have some sort of life/death situation. Otherwise just be patient and wait, and do things the right way. I don't think this is an unreasonable request.
If the standards are unfair, as you claim, then of course that needs to be looked at and changed if they really do turn out being unfair.
