Well then why were you crowing about it as proof that Mexico would pay for the wall?


Idiot.

He was just answering the question of how it would be paid for. When you call him an idiot or a racist you give him the opportunity to ignore legitimate arguments and just focus on the insults  

A better question would be: why does he still support the Wall now that he knows we are paying for it?

I definitely want to see something done to stop the inflow of illegal immigration across the border. As far as the wall, I'm not sure now how I feel about it. I know it's part of a layered plan to secure our border along Mexico which also includes the hiring of 5000 more border patrol agents and the addition of more surveillance technology and other equipment. I'm just lukewarm on the idea at the moment.
