If he had kept this to foreigners in general, I wouldn't be able to call him out as easily, but this is just too obvious at this point. Is he even trying to be subtle about this anymore, or does he just not care?As you may recall, everyone and his brother was whining about how we are in a war against "militant/radical" Islam. Now that someone has taken concrete baby steps to counter the threat that they were concerned about those same people get all weak in the knees and start whining about how unfair it is.
But being prejudice towards all Muslims from radical Islamic countries isn't right, especially when many of those people are refugees trying to find a safe place for their families.
Countering the threat of militant/radical Islam is valid, but not when we lose our own principles and our own humanity in the process.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
