That probably won't matter. Remember the replacement is for a conservative justice. Currently the court is actually more liberal, especially in civil rights matters (Anthony Kennedy often sides with the liberal wing in civil rights cases).

Very true but it's possible that the SCOTUS would support Trump's EO rather than risk being blamed for future terrorist attacks in America.  Of course there will always be such attacks but if the Court is seen as an enabler it won't go well for them.  Remember, Congress can prevent judicial review if it wants to in most instances.
