Do you remember the Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev? Obama welcomed him back with open arms when he returned from learning how to make bombs. I think this is what Trump's EO is addressing. Of course it doesn't prevent people from the other 43 Islamic countries from entering the US or muslims from non-Islamic countries. Remember Richard Reid, the shoe bomber?
