To continue with the legal lesson you may want to bone up on 8 US Code Section 1182 - Inadmissible aliens. It's a long read but it says that whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the US would be detrimental to the interests of the US, he may issue an EO for as long as he likes to suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions that he may deem appropriate.
That's my summary since I can't get the Draft function to work.
Now pay attention. You will notice that the President has that exclusive power. He doesn't have to kiss the Congress Critters' behinds to do it. And guess what? Judges can't stop him from doing it. So if he had wanted to he could have barred those people from entry and deported them on the next flight.
The Judge should be disbarred for her criminal behavior.
Trump is in charge and he can kick ass and take names if he wants to. Of course Congress can impeach him but all hell would break loose if they did.
