The reason people are complaining is because people who are lawfully allowed to be in the USA were being detained and prevented from entering the country. These people were already vetted, they have their visas, they have permanent residency, most of them don't have another place to go.

Pretty sure the fact that otherwise legal residents of the USA were getting detained at airports and denied entry was the reason that there was any kind of hysteria.
What a bunch of snowflakes.  No alien has any right to insist on being admitted to any country on Earth.  Just because he might have been in the country he does not have an automatic right to reenter once he leaves.  In the case of America the President has absolute power to decide who can enter the country and he can bar any individual or any group if he wants to and there's not a damn thing anyone can legally do about it.

If Trump had wanted to play hardball over the recent incident he would have directed the agents to put the people on the next flight to where they had just came from and no one would have any legal basis to say otherwise.

The Judge just personally vouched for the integrity of all of the people who benefitted from her decision.  If anyone of them commits a crime she is personally responsible and should be thrown into Gitmo to rot.

Now in the case of the guy who sued and was released the government was probably OK with that because of his known record of involvement with the US.  That satisfies the conditions of the EO.  I don't know anything about the other people except if the government didn't vet them in accordance with the terms of the EO then they were admitted illegally.

You will notice that the EO is still in force until such time Trump rescinds it.  Therefore its terms apply to everyone who visits the US.  There will be no further court involvement in this because the courts don't have jurisdiction.

"Snowflakes"? Are you seriously calling these people - who have careers, homes, families, and lives here and have had them for years - snowflakes? Their lives have been completely and utterly uprooted, and many have nowhere to go. This isn't some college feminist you're talking about. "Snowflake"? I don't remember the last time I got truly angry at a post. Wow.
