I get the occasional hankering for it, but you'll want to be careful considering the amount of sugar in it, not to mention the acidity. And for the love of Cthulhu man, at least mix in some veg - even cheap frozen broccoli and the like - in with your meals, or you will fall to pieces alarmingly fast. Your body's cravings for nutrients is a sign of this.
