Because oj is awesome? Lol

I treat oj like coffee. I really can't consume much caffeine without getting jitters, so I drink oj in the morning instead. It is pretty much straight sugar, though, so I limit myself to half a cup most days, a cup if I'm really feeling down or tired.

If you have a headache, maybe you are just craving food/drink that you enjoy, therefore comforts you? It could be so many reasons.
