It's bound to happen. Sooner or later, some stupid ass rioter is going to get ran over.
So the driver of that truck earlier in Spain could say that he inadvertently drove down all those people blocking traffic. Did ISIS come up with this bill to let their driver killers off the hook?
I didn't know there was a truck incident in Spain like that.
I think it's unreasonable to suggest that people won't be able to tell the difference between someone running over a crowd on purpose as part of a terrorist attack vs people attacking a vehicle and getting run over while trying to do so.
