A Question of Dropped Pennies: How Might an Atheist Respond?

Let’s say I drop a penny on the floor fifty times to demonstrate the law of gravity.
Agnostic: How do you know it won’t fly into the air if you drop it one more time?
Theist: My god can make the penny fly into the air the next time you drop it. But don’t actually try it. Thou shalt not tempt the lord thy god.
Deist: Yes, there’s something making that penny drop.

Now, what might an atheist say?

In a vacuum on earth that penny will drop towards the center of the earth at 9.8 m/s^2 due to gravitational acceleration

(Nothing about a penny dropping would warrant me saying anything about me not believing in a god)
