Trump avoids American journalists while in international spotlight.

Apparently trump feels so much more comfortable dealing with journalists from a rival power noted for lack of press freedom than journalists from the free press of the country of which he happen to be president, that he broke long standing diplomatic protocol during a joint conference with the president of France that stipulates the heads of state in joint press conferences should address journalists from the those two countries, and instead called on Chinese journalists instead.
Perhaps he is looking for a fortune cookie afterwards to tell him where his presidency is destined to end up. Perhaps he also meant to call on journalists from Tass but none were available.
