I would say that I was referring to #3 -- "charismatic bloodshed" does not seem like a very expressive term to me. And, yes, Charles Manson was a "great leader", albeit, on a very small scale.
Obviously the word great is contextual, and somehow you managed to highlight every definition other than the one that applies to the context we're using...
